Shadows of the Empire Fan Film up on Kickstarter

A Star Wars Shadows of the Empire fan film project has just come up on Kickstarter a few days ago.

You should go to Kickstarter and type in "Shadows of the Empire".

Sorry, I'm new to here so I'm not allowed to post URL's yet...

What do you guys think of it?

I think it may run into legal troubles. Doing fanfilms is one thing, asking money for them may draw a cease & desist.

Possibly, though if you look up Star Wars on Kickstarter there are other fan film projects that have been funded successfully, one of them even got 28 thousand dollars.

Hm, I suppose if it's *just* production costs it may fly under the radar, though it still strikes me as dangerous territory.
