Unless Magik somehow gets to bfr magus to limbo, she'll be hardpressed to defeat him. She managed to override Strange by taking the battle there (granted it wasn't a SS strange at the time) but tbh it's still iffy as the soul gem holds sway on souls and limbo is just filled with demonic souls.
