Ock's tentacles were pretty strong. They could handle that mini-sun thing.

Against one sentinel? I'd say Doc. But I think even two would be too much for him.

Gut feeling: Doc. Offhand I don't see APU gunfire chewing up his arms the way they tore apart sentinels.
