but on a more serious note though, well, Kami Tenchi is supposed to be omnipotent, but I can't really recall any feats for that other than him being more powerful than the chousin I believe they're called of his verse (the four goddesses or whatever they are) and they're multiversal in power at least. Nyarlathotep on the other hand seems to have legit feats according to that OBD link and from the looks it, she's damn powerful.

I'm fairly certain Hevn from The Getbackers, Maya Natsume from Tenjho Tenge, Shi-Ho Lee from The Breaker and Alex from Gangsta are all top heavy as well but I would think Nya could just increase the size of hers(its?) if she wanted since sometimes she even appears to others as a male >_>.....so that would probably be quite the easy task compared to "Creating a sealed multiverse containing infinite parallel universes" xDDD
