A Spidey OMD question. The Otto factor.

I know that Quesada would never allow it cause he is an A-hole, but since Otto now occupies Spidey's body.
Could that in anyway affect the OMD deal Peter made with Mephishto?

If Peter is "dead" shouldn't that make some kind of a differance with it?

Not really. Slott did the best he could to write this nonsense into MU and almost got Pete back together with MJ. But there's no way to fix it without complicating the matter even further..
