Snake doesn't stand a chance. Most of Hellsing's lower level bad guys operate on a higher level than most of MGS's higher level characters.

I've played every Metal Gear Solid game except for Portable Ops but I saw Cubex' entire playthrough of the game on youtube

Snake is a watered down version of the Punisher. I say that because Punisher has at least done well against fighters like Daredevil, who would stomp Snake in the span of about 5 seconds.
