Terrax was absolutely crushing him in comics before.

Iron Man destroyed the rest of his armor by absorbing the full force of Terrax's attack and redirected it back at him though, but in terms of power, Terrax >>> Ironman by far

Alt Terrax was also beating the shit out of Current Iron Man.
