So, Green Scar was never beaten down , worn down, or anything like that? If not, then he belongs in the final line-up.

Never seen any of these guys jump from planet to planet on muscle strength alone.
In all honesty the last to wear out, yes, WWH, Juggernaut, and HP Doomsday. Between them, Doomsday always gets the looong battles allied with Superman, he's kinda designed for endurance and indestructibility. And he has a speed advantage here....well, maybe barely over WWH.
Why is he weaker? Serious question, last I remember he was sent to the Phantom Zone/Ghost World etc. and I assumed he came back sometime off panel.
Also Green Lantern knocked him out by dropping a jeep on him.

That was such] a shitty showing for the Astro Force. IIRC he just tanks it while Superman is literally heat visioning limbs off. I think even Orion's dog took a nice chunk out of him and Huntress' crossbow was sticking arrows in him. Heck, a grenade from Batman blew off a limb.
It was regeneration that made him so dangerous. I think someone like Kurse/Doomsday would literally tear him limb from limb. He'd grow back but I wonder if they just rip off his head whether that would incapacitate him.
