Nite Owl is clearly superhuman. He wrecks Bane like years of Venom abuse did to him in Batman Beyond.

What did Dan do that Bane couldn't that makes him so superior?

Punches from him were breaking peoples bones, and his movements were clearly superhuman as well as his durability.

the reason i know nite owl wins is because he wouldn't mind killing, Bane.

Meh, wouldn't even mind giving Dan the nod as far as skill goes. Physically, though, I wouldn't be so quick to give Dan the advantage.

Why not? Bane was not uber strong like in the comics. Nite Owl was casually breaking bones with punches, Bane was not
