Even spirit-form/SSJ3 Goku(who could fully power up as a SSJ3 with no issues)+SSJ2 Vegeta+Pikkon were less than nothing in comparison to Janemba. Conversely, it was confirmed that SSJ3 Goku could have destroyed Kid Buu "in an instant" if his mortal form would have allowed him to fully power up in that level.
That said, Janemba would trounce Kid Buu with little difficulty... And that's not factoring in all of his wacky transmutation/portal creation abilities either.
