If you aren't saying that, then you acknowledge his is and is viable to be in the lineup per the title of the thread. And in that case, he's at the top.

That's purely the best in terms of physical and life sciences though. I mean, Dr Strange and Professor Xavier are just as smart as some people on this list, but in very different areas.
And then if you step away from Earth you've obviously got the likes of Thanos, High Evolutionary, Galactus etc

as per OP performed feats only. Valeria is smart as hell but its really all talk at this point when it comes to her being smarter than her father. On a side note her plan to subjugate the Kree Empire was deleted because her future self told her to....

And I can't imagine Ultron is smarter than him either

If Galactus actually prepped against something other than eating, there'd be no threats

Plus you have the Celestials as well
