Sebastian Shaw vs Iron Fist, Captain America, and Spider-Man
Fight in Times Square.
JAK
JakeTheBankReturn of the King
Team.
Cap's smart enough not to just give Shaw more power to amp himself with. He tells Spidey to make with the webbing.
PR
-Pr-Hey Yo!
That works.

Also IF doesn't need much to kill Shaw. There are plenty of Chi amp techniques to disable/instakill.
LEO
leonidasMWHAHAHAHA!
their only chance is spidey and the webs. he'd have to web him fast, before shaw could just amp himself. if it turned into a fight, shaw would kill them all eventually.
