I'd think 2, maybe 3 to be safe would handle Superman just fine. Doomsday? Depends on his version. 3-6.

New Hyperion would be able to give Supes a hard time with just 1 of him.

10 hyperions.. It only took two supermen to take out doomsday in infinite crisis.
4 hyp for doomsday, 3 hyp for superman and 3 hyp for black Adam and king Hyperion can take part in any struggle that needs his help.. Maybe go for the kill with Adam so the other 3 hypes can focus on superman and DD.

Hyperion is physically High Herald level. Exploding sun by ramming it, Nano second reaction speed...etc, etc... If we are using current Hype, he is so much more.
