Can't kill Wolverine but Wolverine won't have a fun time against Hokuto Shinken. Not sure if Adamantium could counter his MT, though if I had to choose I'd say no. I wouldn't be surprised if it did go through and hurt him though. Ken is one of the greatest fighters I've seen, insanely powerful, resourceful and strong. It's one of the reasons why I say I can't find a decent match for him. He either stomps or gets stomped.
Those cuts would only agitate him at best. Shen, Yuda, Rei, Shuu would all get eviscerated. They are stronger, speed is debatable only for Souther who was the only person able to blitz Kenshiro. Skill in fighting is debatable as well. HSK is the only thing that would easily trounce him from that universe, well Ryuken as well too.
Hey Shackles, found one of Ken's best strength showings, it's the rock he lifted and carried up hill without using 100% of his body's potential.
If anyone is interested in the alleged weight of the rock then here's a quote from a friend. I know there are some talks about other characters like Hulk, just throwing it out that I don't care to debate about Hulk's strength limit or whatever I believe his base strength to be. Not really here to debate any of that outside of the fact that the rock is heavy and massive as shit.
Able to carry a rock weighing nearly two thousand tonnes.I wanted to see how much Ken could lift compared with a lot of other characters where it directly states how many tonnes they're lifting.
I picked this bit, because it's one of the best examples of physical strength for Ken.You get a good idea of the dimensions in that scene, which make up about 7.2 X 7.2 X 14.4 metres of rock. Your average rock on earth has a specific gravity of 2.51 (that many times heavier than water), and if you pop that along with dimensions into an online calculator, you get a rock that would weigh about 1873 tonnes.
He also lifted a 1000 tonne chunk of rock in the first series, but he had to cradle and strain it to do it, where as this time, notice he actually puts it down at arms length effortlessly, so HnK2 Kenshiro is a LOT stronger than in HnK1 (which was sort of obvious to begin with).
You realize that The Hulk's base strength is about 150 tonnes in his strongest incarnation? (though his strength is supposedly limitless based on how angry he gets).
Goku from DBZ couldn't move with 10 tonnes around each limb in base form. He couldn't bicep curl 10, and most people can curl a third of what they can curl with both arms (weird it's not double, isn't?), so Ken should be able to curl 624 tonnes, and that makes Kenshiro 62 times stronger than Goku in base form (and that was still a workout in SSJ, which increases ki by 50 times).
Also, Kenshiro didn't use the art of Dragon's breathing, so he wasn't using 100% of his strength for lifting that boulder either. So, just in case you missed the 5000 episodes where Ken punched through concrete bunkers and field goal kicked mohawk punks into orbit, Kenshiro is f*cking strong!
One of Ken's best speed/reflex feats. Hyo is about to kill some guy who's name escapes me. His move allows him to strike every pressure point in the body at once. Don't remember the exact number but I think it was 2,000+ points if I had to guess the amount stated from memory it would be 2,086 or 2,786. Either way, Ken stops every single strike. The feat starts at 8:50
Kenshiro vs Han. At the start of the video they appear to be standing still even to the trained eye during their fight. At first Shachi can't even see their fists or the shadows of their fists. Lin/Lynn who has been with Kenshiro from the start and witnessed his Hyakuretsuken more than likely couldn't see their fight either.
