Apparently Classic Strange is HH now according to the tiers thread. So he's a no-brainer here. How he's HH but the Doctor and Dr. Fate are Trans. is beyond me (they're all easily Trans. imo), but w/e.

Again, other teams can probably match, but it would be hard to be definitively above without dipping into the next highest tier.

Warlock is mid-Herald-ish. Death Metal is low-to-mid Herald. Both are badass, but not great choices because they fall in the middle of their tier group.

Street : Wolverine and Creeper (absolute ownage)

Meta : Human Torch (Hammond) and Iceman

Herald : Silver Surfer and Superman

Trans : SBP and Runner

Foreigner is one of my choices because he is a human with the ability to hold is own with Spider-Man Kingpin also for that fact this is street no prep. Street Prep I would say Reed not only because of his smarts but durability & Batman. (Silver Age) Mangog & Harald Jaekelsson would be a hell of a team. Adam Warlock & Silver Surfer would be a good team.

Havok & Superman or Vision & Superman. Spider-Man with Puck or Nightcrawler.
