Master Chief vs Ironman

(Book)Master Chief has his Mark VI Armor with Full Power Shields. Assualt Rifle with armor peircing rounds. Enhanced skeletal frame, unbreakable bones. Enhanced sight, reflexes, speed, and strength (can lift about 2000 pounds WITHOUT armor, which increases that 5 fold, acording to books). Chief has Cortana.

VS

(Movie)Tony Stark has his Mark III Armor. Wrist mounted missles. Hip mounted flares. Shoulder Mounted Machine guns. Ability to fly at Super Sonic speeds. Not to mention auto targeting systems. Tony has Jarvis.

Setting is a Ruined New York City.

I know there is one of these in the movie forum but Master Chief was never IN a movie and even here I am not talking about the games.

Is the mark III the one from Iron Man 1 or 2?

Also...Chief only has the assault rifle, really?

Isn't Chief an absolute beast in the books? Moving faster than human perception, crazy strength/durability feats, etc..?

Yeah he is, but Iron Man is too much. Plus his armor is hella durable. I don't see Chief being able to reproduce the amount of force required to destroy Tony's suit.

Cortana might come up with something but, I dunno.
