She also receives the Gift of Eli that grants her the ability to harm and kill immortal beings (gods, angels, demons, etc.) with any weapon. Also, due to walking through the Fires of Purification under the supervision of the Chief of Archangels in the war between Heaven and Hell, she is forgiven for her past sins so let's say it makes her immune to Ghost Rider's Penance Stare so it's fair.

Fight is in the city of Rome.

Can the Warrior Princess defeat the Spirit of Vengeance?
