Meh. Logically, they're going to make it a pretty intense fight (I mean, this is one of the most anticipated confrontations in Star Wars, period). Whether or not Vader is trying to kill her is another story. Palpatine ordered Vader to capture her so that she could lead them to other Jedi, but Filoni has said Vader very much wants Ahsoka dead. So, we'll see.

Ok those spider things were stupid OP. Like I get it ok, they can withstand blaster fire, nothing really new as in SW there are creatures with tough natural armor. But withstanding laser cannon fire and having strong enough webbing to hold down a freighter?...

Very enjoyable episode. Some great character moments and the sense of foreboding gave this episode a great tone. Loved it.

Also a clip from next week's episode was, as always, in Rebels Recon.

From the looks and sounds of it, it seems Maul is using the temple as a weapon against the Empire. In a preview clip on youtube Ahsoka asks Maul what game he is play and Maul replies, “The endgame.” Beyond that, the beam the temple blasts out seems to be a weapon and, IIRC, Filoni says it’s inspired by the Starkiller base.
