Those are less of low showings and more into outright PIS to be fair to Thanos.

He was weakened and still Wasnt kod despite the dogpile. I guess being weakened doesn't matter and let's focus on one showing while ignoring gr context behind it. He'd ko them and very quickly.

If just fisticuffs then
Thanos vs. Superman = Superman
Thanos vs. BA = BA
Thanos vs. Thor = Thanos
Thanos vs. WW = WW

If trading punches back and forth then
Thanos vs. Superman = Superman
Thanos vs. BA = BA or split
Thanos vs. Thor= Thanos
Thanos vs. WW = Thanos

So do they have to take punches from thanos first then thanos needs to get hit by theirs or anything melee only goes?

If it's the first then he might actuall win.
If it's the second then he loses.

Not really sure about the rules of slugfest.

You asked how are Diana and adam more formidable than surfer while quoting a post where the poster specified that he was talking about physical formidability.

I think that your perspective of comic characters is a bit off. WW would die in conflict with Thanos, as would Black Adam, and eventually Superman himself. There were battles in Marvel vs DC that weren't fan voted, and the one that shows Thanos manhandling the brigade of heroes (which included Captain Marvel) shines very brightly.
