Killian wins. Not a lot of stuff the TX can do to kill Killian. But IIRC the TX can get damaged. Plus the extremis soldier's hot hands seem to do wonders against machines.

IDK. Same can be applied to the TX. The only thing that harmed it was a ultrapowerful magnet and the terminator's core explosion, whereas Killian got beat by a simple repulsor blast

The terminators do melt via extreme heat though. And Killian's hot hands should do the trick.

In a dojo, TX gets torn and melted.

If it was in a larger area starting at a distance, she could conceivably kill him with a well placed shot(destroy the heart) of her plasma canon.

Didn't the heat of the extremis make the ironman armor freeze up during the movie? My husband pointed it out to me after the first time we watched it and the 2nd time we saw it it was clear as day. Doesn't matter much even if the terminator is working at 100% the hot hands of Killian was cutting threw ironman armor like a hot knife threw butter and being in a dojo I'm sure Killian can get is hands on him. Also Killian had high durability surviving an ironman armor incasing him and detonating. Iron mans blasts only just pushed him back rather than did relevant damage, I don't see the TX not getting damaged by iron mans repulsors.
