Superior Surfer vs Doom with a handicap*
Doc Ock, in his current fairly stable and good intentioned mind. Instead of jacking Spiderman's mind and body, takes Surfer's mind/body/powers.
Doom, out of an act of charity, decides to reduce himself to a much weaker form and also takes the Power Cosmic (like he did when he drained The Surfer).
They face off, because Ock thinks he can save the world a lot of trouble by getting rid of Doom once and for all.
