Despero(Phoenix Force) vs DC Universe

This fight he takes on the universe besides the uber of the uber beings. He gets 5 months to get prepared with his new powers. Can he pull it off?

I dont think he'd be a very good host.

Isnt despero a retard lol I don't think he could fathom the phoenix force powers, he'd crumble imo

He would burn out. How much damage does he do before then? Can be anything from alot to nothing if he burns out during his prep time.
