Gorgon doesn't get his god killing katana unless this is a utter stomp in Mukai's favor. Instead he has normal katana.
Who wins and why?

(note: this fight spawned from a conversation I was having with someone earlier, figured I'd see others opinions)

Will their stoning powers work on each other?

If gorgon turns him into stone he can just turn back. Mukai turns himself into stone in the game but iv never seen gorgon turn into stone or turn himself back. I dont know how often or to what effect Gorgon uses his telepathy in battle so if anyone knows please speak up :3
