The point is the OB can't just erase whatever it wants with no limits is the point Quan is making and it s a valid one. Not only have the beams been deflected or outright resisted... we know it would do nothing to beings like Lucifer...COIE Monitor.. Mxy and the list goes on and on. Thus, you can't just say it will erase whatever it hits.

for the record i do agree that thanos should win against post crisis darkseid since he has better consistent feats.

In foundations when Darksied used him against older weaker Darkseid. Orion doesn't stomp youthful Seid but has the power to oneshot older Seid.

Being more powerful doesn't make you immune to the OE. It erases, not destroys. So durability has nothing to do with it. The Omega Sanction can also trap in a series of alternate realities, each one worst than the previous. Basically the OE is a teleporter. It can teleport any being anywhere through time and space (including limbo which is why they are erased).

How was Thanos weakened? Arrows got his arse.
