This is the main continuation continued on, right? Given all of his old feats he likely takes Round 1 if he doesn't hold back on strength, not Round 2.
I believe Spidey has better strength feats but isnt fast enough to successfully tag Cloud every time with his Senses, which becomes a huge issue when he's wielding his sword.
Unless the new comic has given him more feats..
2beeonest the only speed feats I know of for Spidey is his casual Ma2 bullet dodge feats without his SSenses, which must allow him near hypersonic reactions.
Zack at the beginning of CC was casually dodging machinegun fire (Ma1.5?). Him < Post-skip Zack (fighting dozens of soldiers all with machine guns, missiles and I believe helicopter fire) < Sephiroth by a small notable degree </= FF7 Seph < AC Seph (I think..) = AC Cloud < AC Cloud using Omnislash. If Zack at the end was in the mid-high supersonic range, AC Cloud must be hypersonic+.
With his SS Spider-Man can be incredibly hard to hit and he's a lot more mobile than Cloud because of his webbing and the like.

It should be noted Superior Spider-Man is a much more brutal and cheap fighter than Spider-Man is normally. He's collapsed and crushed the tracheas of several criminals just because it was a quick way to deal with them or it was open, and punched the jaw clean off of the Scorpion. Though, he hadn't realized how strong he actually was when he hit Scorpion.

(Sweet O.o) Still, its possible hypersonic reactions vs definite hypersonic movement. He's have the edge.. for now. And a brutal Spidey is what would be needed if Cloud were to bring his sword out.

Spider-man vs Phoenix Force Colossus and Magik
Insane durability and damage soak feat. Colossus is pulling his attacks, Magik isn't. Plus they use tk and blast him several times. Check those posts ^ I don't think that Cloud compares to Spider-Man in speed or mobility. His spider-sense will make the gap wider than it would otherwise be when it comes time to try and tag him. I'm still optimistic about Spider-Man's chances when Cloud has the sword.
No doubt the strength goes to him, more so with piggy-backing a plane and surviving that explosion.. but none of that changes the speed view.
Helicopter blades, the Sinister Six and the Avengers are all sub-sonic feats. Logan possibly being supersonic, Thor being his erratic self making his speed questionable here, likely that of the rest given the scene. Its all below his non-Senses bullet timing.

Thor tosses at various speeds depending on weather, breakfast choice and how much BW's racktastic suit distracts him. On the respect page new Spidey's Senses were getting blitzed by Speed Demon and his 'hundreds of punches in split seconds', who from this feat alone is pushing it to say Ma5.
With the new feats shown he'd stomp in h2h. Its just until he shows us the full extent of his speed this is a casual bullet timer vs a guy who's above a guy who peaked well after being a casual bullet timer.. with a sword.
