DCNU Deathstroke vs. Current Iron Fist

I'm don't know what current Iron Fist is up to. Who wins?

Lord Rand

Rand got upgraded? Under most conditions I think Slade wins in a tough fight. If Slade can give and take punches from Lobo, I think he can hang around long enough to win.

I have seen that IF can heal from being shot recently, but nothing more.

Giving and taking punches from Nu52 Lobo amounts to a whole lot of nothing. Don't let your knowledge of the previous incarnations of the character color your impressions of the current one.

Calm...........Down

Just how much Iron Fist have you read? 🙁

KMC has a pretty decent respect thread. You'll find a lot of feats that put healing from a bullet wound to shame (Like healing from a nuke, or catching a bullet out of mid air. Or fisting a helicarrior. 🙂 )

Fist does some assblasting. A lot of it.

Slade gets a stroke and dies due to the severe trauma to his anus.

I've bought more than three issues of IF. Always got bored reading him. Good character......but the stories sometimes need work. I'm aware of all the bullet time feats.

I don't think Rand has seen an arsenal like Slades. He has a chance of getting bossed.

And if you're talking about Iron Fist surviving the train explosion as a nuke feat......there were contributing factors in that instance.

Like Fist going "Suck a hard shit train!"

According to the captions, the rails were tapped mainly as a means of propulsion.

But no, I mean when he took on Radion, who's essentially a walking nuclear reactor on meltdown. A steel bar melted in his hands just by holding it, and he leveled the top of a building he and Danny were in, nearly killing him. But Danny managed to channel the IF, and use it to heal himself, with difficulty. That was before reading the Book of the Iron Fist, which taught him techniques that includes healing without draining himself.

I was going to post scans, but instead decided to post this, because it's awesome. 😄

This is why I love Priest. He showcases BP's intelligence, without taking a thing away from the other guy.

That's a vibranium suit Danny shredded. And BP ended up with near fatal brain damage as a result. Not uncommon by any means over Fist's history, where he's done things like KO a drunken mortal Hercules, staggered a dragon that could tank missiles, and even KOed a character that gave Thor trouble (Lets call the last one borderline PIS, and he'll still have tons of good striking feats.)

Priest did a great job on BP, even though there's still the trademark underlying racism that every BP writer seems to struggle with.

What character did he beat that could give Thor trouble?

Bres.

Danny knocked him out, under Priest when he penned under Jim Owsley.

Priest seemed to love writing Fist as ridiculously over the top as possible. He must have had a lot of fun writing Danny, and it's a wonder he didn't work with him longer, or do a solo series before Fraction/Brubaker.. Too busy with other projects, I guess.

Slade gets destroyed
