Take your own advice and read carefully. The Moon was in danger of breaking apart if they added more Sunstone crystals, it was pretty clear that it took a huge number of Kryptonians to attempt moving that Satellite.
It was in danger of breaking apart, period. It was due to it being stabilize the moon at that much of high speed.

At one point he was temporarily depowered by Red Solar Radiation and it wore off.
Luthor robot also bombarded him with kryptonite.
He was exposed to Kryptonite by Brainiac/Luthor but it was tempered with. Even under it's effects, his powers still worked and he even broke free of their droids.
Superman's powers work when he is exposed to kryptonite. Doesn't means he wasn't weakened.
So explain to me in what way was his strength less later on in the story? It wasn't mentioned and it's not like Krypton circled a Yellow Sun that replenishes his cells or anything. At best he might not have been at quite peak strength but it's not like that's really important, he had over a dozen Kryptonians helping him and he failed.
Kryptonians suck under Robinson. Superman was drained, that much is indisputable.
