My first thoughts were Majestic, and Captain Marvel/Black Adam. Depending on what version Lobo comes in on Black Adam/Captain Marvel's level, as well as Orion. Then Diana, while J'onn's strength level has always seemed to be a couple notches below all of the above.

👆 however id put majestic above adam and marvel...............mabey, and I think the difference in strength between superman,cap and adam is not a lot.
