Spider-man W/ Green Latern Ring Vs Doc Ock W/ Yellow Ring

Who wins?

Apparently Ock, given their recent "fight for the body of Spider-Man." I mean, prior to that it would've been a stomp for Pete from his willpower feats, and a case could still be made for him. But Ock chumped him pretty hard.
