Throwing Maria Hill at the Wall is just harsh lol. Waller wins, the fight never even gets physical.

Question, access to their resources being what it is does that mean suicide squad is an option? Not that I think she needs it to break the twig.

They cant bring other people in, only gear, weapons, intel and such. and if they could maria'd sic the avengers on the suicide squad for the stomp.

Does hill get LMD's?

The Helicarrier?

Nukes?

LMDs count as other people for the purposes of this thread.
Nukes are fine, not that she'd use them.
She has acces to the helicarrier for prepping but shield personell can't help her in the actual fight.

Well, DCnU Waller has way too many resources. She pretty much pulls the strings on multiple organizations and has access to special rooms like Red (Which houses the most uber tech), Black (I think houses the most powerful magical artifacts), and the Circus (Multidemensional entities).

Amanda can sick the Justice League of America. Plus many multidimensional entities.

Hill is also pretty aggro, which would likely backfire in an all our prep-war with pawns and other forces brought in, but in an actual fight, that's going to help her out against Waller.

I think Waller's a far more interesting character, but pre-Flashpoint, while she could handle herself in a fire fight, obviously wasn't the most athletic person around. And in the New 52, while she's more physically capable, her resources aren't as well documented and tried and true.

OP didn't specify which Waller. Waller has access to a crap load of resources as well. Among the JLA.

DCnU Waller was also a member of Team 7 amongst Grifter and Deathstroke. She's really good with firearms and HTH combat.
