Team 2 destroys.
Team 1 is better at prep, but I think Superman and Thor as a team are just too much raw power and versatility for team 1 to overcome. Especially when team 2 also gets prep(albeit only 2 days) With their powers I could see Thor and Superman just owning the crap out of them however they want. Be it Thor unleashing hell on earth via gigantic lightning storms or Superman owning everyone in a second.
