i can see the reaction time argument seeing how hawkeye was able to take a shot at her, but saying that firestorm can actually transmute wanda and end it there, is a bit stretching it. She's on a whole different level than firestorm.

That was distressed/confused Wanda conversing with Dr Strange,
and distracted really due to the fact Wanda was conjuring a mini-
reality in front of Strange in order to explain her side of the story.
Then, comes the arrow, (to the heart it seems) which was
immediately/easily removed, dismantled before dismantling Hawkeye like lego blocks just the same.

I don't know anything about Firestorm,
but nothing short of an Omniversal power (or All encompassing/God-like power)
has a chance of even stalemating a battle ready HOM Wanda
before a debate can ensue.

Imo! (not an opinion concerning Marvel though)
