What are you talking about? This is the Titans circa the 1980s. Captain America would run ragged over all of them in the 80s, they only had four - five years worth of feats, and nothing impressive. Nothing they've done since then is relevant to this thread.

Most of these characters with their power sets will beat captain america individually. Nothing you say can make that untrue.
