She could fly just like Zod if she took her armor off. She does not need to fly to win this, her super speed and strength is enough along with her combat fighting ability. The super speed is different then smallville but whos to say its not as fast? It looks just as fast if not faster IMO.

If Hulk was a better fighter I would make this a split. Since he's no World War Hulk just yet, I'm giving this to Faora after one huge city smashing fight.

On topic tho Faora seemed to catch on to her new abilities rather quickly. She was able to outmanuver Supes right away and when she jumped her aim was flawless every time. It seems(as Zod alluded to) that Kryptonain warriors are trained from birth to adapt quickly. I highly doubt she wouldn't have been able to learn to fly as easily as Zod. Hell Zod had an easier time than Kal, and he was mid fight.

But even without flight she would stomp Hulk

I don't think she will stomp him, but she can comfortably win.
