I did already. He was focused on Zod and then turned toward the ship and got blasted. Khan has no ship here so moot point

I didn't say it didn't count i'm saying you're ignoring context. Khan pointing a gun is a completely different situation. You know a gun will fire in this fight, he didn't know the ship would
