Well we see him struggle and seemingly pass out from lifting the tower but later he's taking a beating from two super beings that are causing sonic booms with punches and he is holding out pretty well. I'd say that was a huge boost in durability

Him pushing his limits and whatnot as his father told him. Seemed a lot to me like Spiderman 2 when he finally accepted who he was he gained access to his full power.
The gravity beam would have put much more weight on him then the tower right? Plus he was weakened. I'd say he was hella more durable due to that alone
These characters do this shit all the time in comics and people accept it just fine.

With the gravity beam he had flight at the time so he used to that to overcome the strength not just his raw strength.

In the water, not sure, he might have been passed out or was just floating reminiscing back on his life.
After he destroyed the world-engine by using himself as a battering ram, he might have not been passed out, but it clearly took some toll on him, but be recovered quickly.
The one time he did appear to be KO'd for a few moments was after Faora and the giant (some say he's Nam-Ek) did a combo move on him.

I would actually question "****ed up", to me it seemed it had taken its toll, he was exhausted and he just needed a few moments to recoup/recharge from the drain, especially considering he wasn't at full strength since the environment was actively weakening him.
IIRC, nothing made him bleed.

I used ****ed up freely because of the circumstances behind said feat. Even if it had almost killed him he gets a get out jail free card for being weakened by the atmosphere.
Yes. Knians never bled or get cuts. Even when building where crumbling around them and trains got tossed in their faces.
