1) Starting distance between him and his opponent is 200 yards...
2) All fights are to the Death or KO with no BFR allowed...
3) Bullseye is bloodlusted and is striving for maximum lethality with his Ninja Star throws (headshots, throat shots, eyeball shots, ect)...

adamantium shuriken wouldnt make much of a difference against daredevil (regular ones can cut his uniform), who'll stop him btw.

bullseye's aim is only perfect against baseline humans. he cant tag peak humans as easily, they even make fun of him for it.
