Kilmer Batman was the best h2h fighter among all Batmen. Despite that, Khan will crush him if it becomes a h2h fight.

But since the OP states that Batman brings all of his gadgets, then Batman for the win. Unlike Baleman, Kilmer-Batman actually knows how to use his gadgets.
