Not really, if you think about it a singularity when your that close to it should pull you apart in so many ways. According to theory a body entering a black whole would have such a different force of gravity on the head to the toes that it would be ripped to shreds. It's therefore much more a durability feat than a strength one as we can't determine a mass to even come close to calculating the force needed to move it.

Best durability feat for post crisis superman is surviving the explosion of multiversal source wall.
