Mangog in both, Mangog is not a God so Desak powers would have not affect on him, at peak SA Mangog was at least SA Odin equal in power which is still greater than Destroyer.

👆 I think it was revealed in some source that Mangog might be related to the abstract Hate.Desaks hatred of the Gods might end up powering Mangog in the process.

More like a avatar of Hate; plus beside rage fulling Mangog physical combat makes him even stronger; at peak Mangog was 25 ft tall & 33,000 lbs and was rage stomping all of asgard and no one has ever come close what he did.
