The Crow VS Bane

The crow from the first movie kills off the killers who killed him and finally finds the person at the top responsible for his and the love of his life's death. It's Bane.
Fight takes place on the streets of bane controlled Gotham.
Round one: normal fight
Round two: crows time is almost up and he has a hour at best to take down bane.

Eric Draven wins.

I don't see how Bane could manage to win

1st fight Crow Dominates....

2nd fight Crow Dominates even if he just pulls the move at the end of the movie.

"I have something for you, I don't want it anymore. 36 hours of pain all at once, all for you"

Eric wins.

Eric whilst the crow that empowered him was in effect, mowed his way down armed thugs.
And out challenged pro thugs....

The only time Eric slowed down was when his bird got shot.
