I agree with whoever said without Supes around Manhunter might get the spotlight. I think he deserves it.

Barry Allen seems like the next option.

Hal Jordan is to cocky, He might have the power but lacks the inspirational leadership.

Wonder Woman MAYBE

Batman lacks the power and he bosses around everyone

Alan Scott seems like another good source or power and inspiration.

I will say Barry Allen, Wonder Woman or Allan Scott being followed by Hal Jordan
