Eventually, Ultron will get hacked. While Ultron won't be able o hack Hank. If not, I can see it ending in a stalemate.

Has Ultron even hacked something like Hank? Hank isn't just another AI, but a conscious that can jump into machines and what not.

I don't think he's ever failed at hacking anything. He's a pretty haxed character, which is on the same level as Ultron. So, I think it's close.
