There is no technology stagnation in stra war universe it can adapt evolve.

Barely understood what you're saying. What little I got, "bones" are "organic matter", so your "it leaves nothing" + "it leaves bones" doesn't make sense at all.

Space Marines don't typically go to war naked or in clothes, they don extremely durable power-armor composed of composite materials. ie it's not organic. "Ceramite" (ceramic based material which makes the bulk of the armor) conducts almost no heat, which in turn makes Mark7 power-armor especially resistant to energy weapons/attacks. This is on top of the high kinetic energy resistance the armor provides.

Anyhow, I stick to my comment, I'll take a squad of Space Marines to go to war with over a squad of Storm or Clone troopers any day. 👆
