Flash(jay garrick) vs sonic

also Quicksilver Vs sonic

Rules: sonic can go super if he needs too. all around the globe race.

Super Sonic/Speed Force Jay > Quicksilver > Jay > Sonic.

Jay has problems keeping up with the other flashes for long but that won't be a issue with Sonic.

I don't read comics but can't Flash go at like the speed of light? If so, stomp in his favor. Enlighten me if i'm wrong.

how well would super sonic do against Jay? If he stomps Jay what would Jay need to do to win (self sacrifice/mutual destruction options if he can even do it)

Not that well if he can't keep a steady supply of power rings. Without them, he can't even retain super form for a whole minute, and I don't see them in this scenario being conveniently laid out for him. If this is otherwise not the case, please say so.
