Well, atm he doesn't have any rulings. I'd still favor 5, only because we might get a consensus of 3-1 if only 4 respond or something like that. But worst case scenario, yeah, I'm ok with 3 as well. But keep shooting for 5...it'll be easier to get to at least 3 that way, and maybe we'll get lucky with more.
