For spiderman to even stagger a hero with such power is amazing. Not only that Spiderman faces villains who are much stronger than cage and wins. Example Rhino.

Spidey doesn't need to use webbing to incapacitate Luke, he could always use it to pull his leg and get it airbone, swinging him around until he faints from lack of oxygen.

Spidey's mobility is a ridiculous advantage, but Cage varies in his durability hugely. The Cage that shrugged off Osborn's pumpkin bombs (that can knock out Wonderman) should be able to trade blows with Spidey for long enough to pull a few wins.
