Uh, is Cap fighting Bane 1 on 1 or is he trying to take down Bane and his entire army while they have Gotham hostage?
If it's 1 on 1, Cap beats the shit out of Bane, and he doesn't even need his shield to do it.
Against an entrenched Bane and his army, Cap doesn't have the technology and resources of Batman. He might still pull it off but he'd need help from Gordon and the locals.

Cap was holding his own against an alien invasion. He'll be able to fight a group of common criminals with guns. They don't have anything that Cap's shield hasn't tanked. He'll beat Bane, capture Talia, and turn her into the US Army, who, along with GCPD, will find the bomb, which Lucius will dismantle.
Cap can take Gotham faster than batman minus the bat stuff. One shield throw turns banes mask to crap and Talia wouldn't get far. With the added time with how fast cap would deal with this they have time to spare to find the bomb. cap can inspire cops in a sewer and civilians alot better than demonized batman.

Well, show Cap being able to trounce everyone in those sewers and sneak around, with that bright suit and HIGHLY REFLECTIVE shield. He isn't gonna be using the darkness as well as batman.

Ok, its been a while since i've seen the movie, got timeline mixed up. But still he would died had Red Skull said "kill Cap A on sight". Than plan coulda gone to hell badly.

lol you are seriously underestimating Cap in this.
First of all The League of shadows are said to be the best fighters but have no on screen feats to say that they can even compete with cap. All the fighting scenes were as follows....Punch, Block, repeat.
Cap was able to......
Jump an 8 foot fence as if it were a hurdle, Punch through a Submarines glass while under water, Hold a motorcycle over his head, Sneak/fight onto a red skull base and release the POW men...by himself, He sensed and took out a sniper that was hidden in a tree behind him, Took out a group of enemies that had surrounded him all armed with insta kill weapons, and was able to throw his shield with perfect accuracy and timing so that it banked off that tank took out a bad guy and flew right on course to where he was so he could catch it.....not to mention that was done on the fly.
That was only just in his own movie. Lets talk Avengers where he showed....
A sort of tactical genius that that kept the Aliens within a contained area of the city, Not only was he maneuvering and fighting on a flying landing pad that was having a system failure but he was doing it at that altitude without an oxygen mask, He fought and killed 3 attacking Aliens (that were crushing car beneath their feet) by himself with ease, and im sure im forgetting some other things to.
Truth is Cap would destroy ANYONE h2h in the Nolan batman movies and Im pretty sure he could make his way to Bane fighting through Banes soldiers.
