This would be a good fight, especially since that looks like full God mode Thor and he already knows how to fry Iron Man's armor but the 616 > Ultimates generally. I hope Ultimate Thor gets to have a fight with 616 Surfer, that would be interesting although most likely one sided.

Did Surfer travel with Galactus to the Ultimateverse?

I don't see how iron man beats Thor especially if Thor is not holding back.

If ultimate Thor is in god mode and not holding back then I'd give him slight majority. The hammer is super heavy but beyond that all the flight and enviormental powers are all in him and can give Ironman hell.
