your 1st scan has nothing to do with 2nd and the 3rd, it's from phantom stranger #2, while the 2nd and the 3rd are from justice league #6, same issue indicates that phantom stranger is aware of pandora's reality warp:

however her reality warp which she did in flashpoint #5, as shown in your own scan, was with barry's help, so she didn't do it alone. Still impressive though.
